The Machines

The equipment we place, install, and keep running.

Bean-to-cup brewers, an espresso machine, and ice and water dispensing — specified to your headcount and your counter, then owned and serviced by us. Here is what we install and what each one is actually good at.

01 · How to read this

Specified to the room, not sold off a shelf.

Headcount and counter space pick the machine. The walkthrough settles it.

We don’t publish equipment prices, because the machine is not really what you buy — how it is paid for depends on the location. Some accounts carry a monthly equipment rental; others have placement folded into a monthly coffee commitment. Your quote states which applies to you, and the service that wraps around it is the same either way: we own the machine, install it, service it on a route schedule, and replace it if it fails.

The Cafection Emblem bean-to-cup brewer, a counter-height black cabinet whose touchscreen lists ten drinks from americano to iced coffee above a lit cup platform.

Emblem

Bean-to-cup coffee brewer

A compact bean-to-cup brewer that grinds per cup and stands under 30 inches, so it fits a standard break-room counter without a rebuild. Three bean hoppers and three soluble canisters mean a real menu rather than one button.

Encore Venti

Bean-to-cup coffee brewer, high capacity

The tall-format brewer in the same family as the Emblem, built for volume. It fills a 24 oz cup in a single brew cycle rather than running two — which in practice is what stops a queue forming at 8:30.

Best for: Larger floors and travel-mug traffic, where the 12 oz ceiling on a smaller brewer becomes the complaint.

Output
Up to 24 oz in one brew cycle

19.5 × 43.0 × 26.5 in

138 lb

The Bravilor Bonamat Sego bean-to-cup espresso machine, a compact graphite cabinet with roasted beans visible in the top hopper and an amber touchscreen listing espresso, americano and cappuccino.
The compact espresso option — up to 30 drinks from a footprint that suits a lounge or a smaller floor.
Bravilor Bonamat

Sego

Bean-to-cup espresso machine

An espresso machine rather than a drip brewer, in a footprint built for tight counters. Up to 30 beverages off the touchscreen, with a CIRCO brewer that takes 6–18 g so the shot can be dialled to the roast instead of the other way round.

Best for: Smaller offices, lounges and reception areas that want espresso drinks, not just brewed coffee.

Output
About 60 cups per day (Sego 12); Sego L for higher volume
Cup sizes
Adjustable cup size and contact time; optional riser for tall cups
Display
Touchscreen, up to 30 beverages
  • Two variants — Sego 12 and Sego L. Which one you get depends on headcount; the walkthrough settles it.

Follett

Ice & water dispensersRange

Ice and water dispensing

Two families rather than one machine. Symphony Plus covers countertop, wall-mount and freestanding installs across the 12, 25, 50 and 110 Series; Champion covers countertop and undercounter in the 7 and 15 Series. Sizing follows headcount and how hard the site runs.

Best for: Break rooms that need cold water and ice alongside the coffee, and healthcare sites with round-the-clock demand.

Output
Countertop, wall-mount, undercounter and freestanding configurations
Storage capacity
7–220 lb, depending on series
  • Ice and water needs a drain and a filtered supply line. The walkthrough checks both before anything is quoted — retrofitting a drain is the single most common surprise on this category.

Bayline Coffee Co. is an independent office coffee service operator. Cafection and Encore Venti are products of Evoca North America; Sego is a product of Bravilor Bonamat; ice and water dispensers are products of Follett. All product names and specifications are the property of their respective manufacturers and are listed here to describe the equipment Bayline installs and services.

Common Questions

Questions about the equipment

What coffee machines does Bayline install?

Four categories. The Cafection Emblem is a compact bean-to-cup drip brewer for most offices — up to 60 drinks per hour, three bean hoppers, three soluble canisters, and an 18.5-inch touchscreen in a cabinet under 30 inches tall. The Cafection Encore Venti is the high-capacity version for larger floors, filling a 24-ounce cup in a single brew cycle. The Bravilor Bonamat Sego is a compact bean-to-cup espresso machine for offices and lounges that want espresso drinks rather than brewed coffee. Follett supplies the ice and water dispensers.

Which machine is right for my office?

Headcount and counter space decide it, which is what the free on-site walkthrough measures. As a rough guide: the Sego suits smaller offices and lounges wanting espresso drinks; the Emblem covers most offices of roughly 25 to 150 people from a standard counter; the Encore Venti suits larger floors and travel-mug traffic, where a 12-ounce ceiling becomes the complaint. Ice and water is added alongside any of them wherever there is a drain and a filtered supply line.

How much does the equipment cost?

Bayline does not publish equipment prices, because how the machine is paid for depends on the location. Some accounts carry a monthly equipment rental; others have placement folded into a monthly coffee commitment. The written quote, usually within 48 hours of the walkthrough, states which model applies and what it costs.

Does Bayline manufacture these machines?

No. Bayline Coffee Co. is an independent office coffee service operator, not a manufacturer. The Emblem and Encore Venti are products of Cafection, part of Evoca North America; the Sego is a product of Bravilor Bonamat; the ice and water dispensers are products of Follett. Bayline selects, installs, owns, and services the equipment it places, and delivers the coffee that runs through it on the same account.

Who services the machine if it breaks?

Bayline does, and you call the person who installed it rather than a ticket queue. The equipment stays Bayline property: it is installed, cleaned and serviced on a route schedule, monitored remotely, and replaced if it fails, with parts and labor covered on the account. Same-day fix is the target, because the route already runs past your district.

Do the machines need plumbing or a drain?

The bean-to-cup brewers need power and a filtered water supply. Ice and water dispensers additionally need a drain, which is the most common surprise on that category — retrofitting one is far more disruptive than adding the unit itself. The walkthrough checks water, power and drainage before anything is quoted, so the requirement surfaces before you have committed to it.
