The terms that govern this website and shop — written in plain language, because terms you can’t read aren’t really terms.

The agreement
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you’re using the site on behalf of a company, you’re agreeing for that company.
Shop status: test mode
The shop currently operates in test mode while our retail line is finalized: items are examples, checkout uses Stripe’s test environment, and no real charges are possible. Real orders begin only when this notice is removed and the shop leaves test mode.
Orders and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page; we never see or store card numbers. An order is accepted when we confirm it — we may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability, with a full refund of anything charged.
Refunds and returns
- Wrong, damaged, or missing items: contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.
- Coffee is perishable: we can’t accept returns of opened product, but if something isn’t right with your coffee, tell us — we’d rather make it right than argue.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
- This retail policy is finalized at launch; while the shop is in test mode no real purchases exist to refund.
Break-room service accounts
Office coffee service and break-room service for businesses is governed by each account’s service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these website terms. These terms cover the website and the retail shop.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at abusive rates, submit false orders, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access to protect the site and its users.
Our content
The Bayline name, logo, artwork, photos, and site content are ours (or licensed to us) and can’t be reused commercially without written permission.
Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total liability for claims relating to the website or shop to the amount you paid for the order at issue. Nothing here limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with it. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
